- Intellectual property — All designs, logos, and graphics are the exclusive property of Rogue Resistance. No reproduction or use without written permission.
- Pricing accuracy — We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders placed at incorrect prices
- Shipping & delivery — Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed; we are not liable for carrier delays
- Custom printed items — All sales are final on custom printed products; see our Refund Policy for details
- Limitation of liability — Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item ordered
- Governing law — These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah
- Changes to terms — We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use of the site constitutes acceptance
